All-round fruit cultivation worker

About the Role

• Planting, pruning, and caring for fruit trees.
• Implementing and applying fruit cultivation practices using various tools such as crop protection advice, analyses, and weather conditions.
• Assisting with irrigation, fertilization, and crop protection.
• Harvesting, packaging, and preparing fruit for shipment.

Requirements

• Experience in fruit cultivation or the agricultural sector.
• Motivated, proactive, and energetic work attitude.
• Enjoy working outdoors and are physically fit, even in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and work accurately.
• A leader and team player with good communication skills.
• Tractor driving license or spraying license is a plus (or willingness to obtain these through the company).

What You Need
In addition to relevant work experience in a similar role, you are communicatively strong and have a good command of the Dutch language.

• You feel at home in a family business culture.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a comparable role.
• Good knowledge of fruit cultivation.
